Mobile Food Vendor

Mobile Food Vendor License & Permits are now available in Lincoln Charter Township.  To apply for a business license and permit please follow the below steps:

For the Business license you will need:

1. Mobile Food Vendor License Application 

2. License Fee of $25.00

3. Current Certificate of Liability Insurance

4. Copy of County Health Department Permit

5. Copy of Current Vehicle Registration*

6. Copy of Current Vehicle Insurance*

7. Inspection with Lincoln Charter Fire Department

Once you received your license you can apply for a permit.  For the permit you will need:

1.  Mobile Food Vendor Permit Application 

   -Requires Signature of Property Owner.

   -Requires Signature of Applicant.

2. Permit Fee is $10.00 per day.

3. Additional Requirements for all Mobile Food Permits.  Failure to follow these rules may result in your permit being suspended.

*Requests to use township parks will require additional information and criteria.
